The main currency on this site is the Australian Dollar (AUD) inclusive of GST. Do you accept orders from anywhere in the world? We only accept orders from within Australia. What are the Shipping costs? Once on the Shopping Cart page please select your shipping region from the 'SHIP TO' drop-down list: After you have selected your Shipping Region in the 'SHIP TO' drop-down list you will see the Shipping charges for all the products you have added to the Shopping Cart. You can add more products to the Shopping Cart and the Shipping cost will update automatically. Are there any additional duties or taxes? Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and custom processing fees in your country. If you are unsure if your parcel will be subject to such fees you should contact your local customs or postal authority. Any such fees are solely the responsibility of the parcel recipient and you are responsible for paying these fees. Local Shipments within Australia are typically 5-10 business days. Please note: During our peak periods (October - February) please allow for delays of as much as 30 business days. All Australian deliveries and International deliveries are with either EMS (Australia Post) or FedEx Courier When will the credit card be charged? Your credit card is billed at the completion of your order by a secure payment transaction with the ANZ Bank - if the credit card transaction if not processed or rejected your order will not be processed. What name will appear as the Merchant's name on the cardholder's statement? Your credit card statement will show: "Real Australia Internet" Does the customer need to be home to sign for the delivery of the goods? We advise that either you or someone you can sign for you be available for delivery Can the customer 'fast track' the delivery of goods to coincide with a special day? We will email you with an EMS or FedEx Shipping reference number to assist in tracking your items. What if my order is lost or damaged in transit? We are not responsible for any loss or damage of your order in transit. As soon as we hand over your order to the postal system providers the risk of loss or damage is passed on to you. All costs associated with recovering / or investigating lost or damaged orders are your responsibility.. What happens if my delivery is "refused' or "returned to sender" ? A "return to sender" fee will be chargeable to that customer, before any items are refunded. Disclaimer We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavor to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with Australia Post who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
